I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in mental health treatment, graduated from the Seccional University of Antioquia in the city of Medellín, Colombia. I have completed international courses and seminars in different hospitals and faculties in various countries. I possess specialized training to address the different difficulties of the self and of contemporary life, and I have experience in individual, couples, and family therapeutic processes. I propose that together we build a space of mutual trust aimed at understanding and resolving those situations and problems related to distress, such as: depression, anxiety, work-related stress, personal dissatisfaction, communication difficulties, and emotional regulation, seeking to achieve goals that allow you to reach the highest level of well-being and quality of life.
