The distance from your family, the exhaustion of speaking another language, and the feeling of belonging to two places without fully belonging to either one. There is a name for what you’re experiencing, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Signs that this program may be right for you

Sometimes, the challenges of adapting are felt internally long before anyone else can see them.

You miss your country even though leaving was your decision.

You feel like you have to be okay because “you chose this.”

Speaking another language exhausts you beyond the words themselves.

Your partner or family doesn’t fully understand what you’re going through.

You seem to function well on the outside, but something doesn’t feel right inside.

Sometimes, you’re unsure who you are in this new place.

If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone.

About the program

A space to understand what you’re experiencing while living between two worlds

“Between Two Worlds” is a four-session program created for Latin Americans navigating the experience of living in another country and everything that experience can involve emotionally.

This is not a traditional clinical process. It is a supportive space with a psychologist who understands where you come from, what you left behind, and what you’re building now.

No pressure, no labels, and no waiting list.

Questions before getting started

We answer the most common questions so you can take the first step with clarity and confidence.

Is this formal psychological support?

This is support provided by a psychologist who is licensed in their country of origin and has clinical experience. It does not replace formal mental health services, but it is meaningful work with a qualified professional.

Do I need to have experienced migration to join?

The program is designed for Latin Americans in the USA. However, if you live in another country and identify with what we describe, you are also welcome to contact us.

What if I want to continue after the four sessions?

You can continue with the same psychologist. At the end of the program, they will suggest options based on your progress and current needs.

Can I choose my psychologist?

Yes. You can choose directly from each professional’s profile or ask our team for guidance.

Can I start individually even if my partner is also going through this?

Yes. In fact, this is common. Working on your individual experience can have a direct and positive impact on your relationship.
