Your Moment 4 sessions · $169

A space of your own to understand what you need, organize what feels overwhelming, and begin prioritizing yourself without guilt.

Does this sound familiar?

When you support so many people, you also need a space that supports you.

Sometimes, exhaustion isn’t visible from the outside. But you know how much you’ve been carrying.

You feel like you should be able to handle everything on your own.

You ask for help for others, but asking for yourself feels difficult.

There’s something you want to talk about, but you’re unsure who to talk to.

You’re always on alert, even when there’s no specific reason.

You prioritize everyone else and leave yourself for last—or never get to yourself at all.

In this new place, you feel expected to be a version of yourself that doesn’t fully feel like you.

You don’t have to handle everything alone. Asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s recognizing what you deserve.

About the program

A space of your own to understand yourself and make yourself a priority again

“Tu momento” is a four-session program for Latina women who want a space of their own—to understand themselves, manage the weight of everyday life, and begin prioritizing themselves without feeling guilty.

You don’t need to have a serious problem. You don’t need to have received psychological support before. You only need to be willing to give yourself the same space you give everyone else.

A space that belongs to you—with no one else’s agenda, no judgment, and no guilt.

Questions before getting started

We answer the most common questions so you can take the first step with clarity and confidence.

Is this only for women who are in crisis?

No. This program is for women who want a space of their own to understand what they’re going through, organize what feels overwhelming, and begin prioritizing themselves. You don’t need to be in crisis to ask for support.

Do I need to know exactly what’s happening to me?

No. Many people begin precisely because they can’t put what they’re feeling into words. The first part of the process is listening to those feelings and organizing them together.

Will I work with the same psychologist throughout the program?

Yes. The goal is to provide genuine continuity throughout the four sessions with the same professional supporting you during the entire process.

Can I start with an orientation appointment before joining the program?

Yes. If you have questions, the $25 orientation appointment is the best starting point for understanding what you need and deciding whether “Tu momento” is the right program for you.

What happens after the four sessions?

Your psychologist will suggest options based on your progress. You can continue with individual sessions, begin another program, or take a break.
