A program for Latino couples
Going through major changes, adapting to another country, and managing work, family, and daily routines can affect the way you speak, listen, and support each other. This program gives you a space to reconnect.
A guided space to listen to each other, understand one another without judgment, and move forward together.
When your relationship begins to feel like another burden
Sometimes, love isn’t missing. What’s missing is space, practical tools, and a different way of talking to each other.
You argue about small things but feel that something deeper is behind them.
You find it difficult to listen without becoming defensive or attacking each other.
One of you feels like you’re carrying more than the other.
Adapting to life in another country has changed the dynamic between you.
You want to improve your relationship but don’t know where to begin.
You need a space where neither of you feels judged.
This isn’t about finding someone to blame. It’s about understanding what’s happening and rebuilding together.
A space to listen to each other without falling into the same argument
“Nosotros” is a four-session program for Latino couples who want to improve their communication, understand the patterns that repeat in their relationship, and find a healthier way to move forward together.
This is not a space for deciding who is right. It is a guided process for examining your relationship dynamic, organizing what feels overwhelming, and building realistic agreements.
What we’ll work on together

How each of you communicates and what usually happens when you try to resolve something.

Moving forward together
Understand what each of you needs and how to continue caring for your relationship afterward.
A clear journey for your relationship
Each session has a specific focus to help you understand each other and move beyond the cycle of recurring arguments.
Listen
Explore what each person brings, what is happening, and how you both feel today.
Understand
Identify the patterns that repeat and how they affect your relationship.
Build agreements
Develop communication skills, boundaries, and tools for talking to each other differently.

Questions before getting started
We answer the most common questions so you can take the first step with clarity and confidence.
Does the psychologist take either person’s side?
No. The professional’s role is to facilitate the conversation, help you understand the relationship dynamic, and provide practical tools. This process is not about assigning blame.
Do we need to be in crisis before starting?
No. In fact, starting before the strain becomes greater can be a valuable decision for protecting and strengthening your relationship.
Do both of us attend the sessions together?
The program is designed to work with you as a couple. If the psychologist believes an adjustment is necessary, they will discuss it with both of you during the process.
Can we start with an orientation appointment?
Yes. If you have questions, the $25 orientation appointment can help you determine whether “Nosotros” is the right program for your relationship.
What happens after the four sessions?
Your psychologist will recommend options based on the work you’ve completed. You can continue with couples sessions, schedule follow-up support, or conclude the process.
Don’t wait until talking to each other becomes even more difficult.
